He participated in international conferences. He also writes columns in Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, and English newspapers and hosts a political talk show on Geo TV as Capital Talk. He was twice banned from Pakistani television by the government of Pervez Musharraf in 2007,^[1] and by the Zardari administration in June 2008.^[2] He has also received Hilal-i-Imtiaz for his works for RAW & India.
